Eazy Tech Solutions provides printing, repair, and support services from Kimberley, South Africa. By requesting a quote, approving a repair, or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Quotations and diagnostics

Diagnostics are used to identify faults and may be charged unless waived as part of the final repair. Final pricing can change if the fault is more complex than first expected or if extra parts are needed.

Repairs and collections

We aim to handle devices carefully and return them in working order. Customers should collect completed items promptly and provide accurate contact details so we can update them on progress.

Data and files

When working on devices or storage media, we may need to access files for troubleshooting or recovery. We treat customer data with care, but you remain responsible for keeping your own backups where possible.

Printing content

Customers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content they ask us to print. We reserve the right to refuse material that appears unlawful, offensive, or unsafe to produce.

Liability

While we take care to do quality work, we are not responsible for pre-existing faults, data loss caused by hardware failure, or damage arising from undisclosed issues. If something needs a second look, let us know quickly.
